It all begins in the 50s. The Lembo family has a perfumery among the streets of central Rome. We are in a full economic boom; middle-class ladies go for handicraft shopping, and first small cars cross Bel paese. The fragrance of Dolce Vita wafts through the air; the Fiat Cinquecento is a status symbol, and Italy feels the eyes of the world. Foreigners admire Cinecitt\u00e0 Studios and Italian products with their unique quality and style are in high demand. Shortly after the creative spirit of the time, made of intuition, luxury, and uniqueness, will be exported all over the world under the name of Made in Italy.<\/p>\n

The dream of Maurizio Lembo<\/a> takes off in this fascinating atmosphere. Inspired by the experience gained in his father\u2019s perfumery where female consumers could purchase historic brands like Guerlain, Coty, Caron, Penhaligon\u2019s, Creed, Chanel and Lanvin, Maurizio establishes his own company. From the afternoons spent in the family shop, the founder maintains the allure of the past and conveys it to his creations. The brand Officina delle Essenze was born in 2001 and now it is operating in the niche and artistic perfume sector.<\/p>\n
