I discovered Officina delle Essenze in 2013. At the time, I was living in Amsterdam and Puro Fico instantly captivated me. With my eyes closed, I relived those beautiful late summer days of my childhood on the Mediterranean. A few years later, Oud Gourmand entered my life, and now it is an integral part of it. It seems to capture all my nuances, and friends, family, and acquaintances recognize it as “my” fragrance. I received a sample of this fragrance today, and I have only one word: ECSTASY. I am not someone who is easily convinced by perfumes, it is really rare that I like them, but this fragrance is pure “liquid elegance”, ready to be sprayed. I discovered Officina delle Essenze thanks to Puro Lino, purchasing it in almost every possible and imaginable version (Eau de Parfum, cologne, room spray). Then by chance, this perfume arrived and literally won my heart. Since any description would be limiting, I will use a metaphor to help you: when I smell it, I imagine it worn by a high-class noblewoman, mysterious and sensual, wearing a pearl necklace and beautiful red lipstick. I found the 10 ml size offer very interesting, as it’s not just a sample but also not a large commitment if you want to try a fragrance you don’t know but are curious about. I discovered Oud Gourmand after receiving a free sample from a perfume store, and I fell in love with it. A captivating, intense, wonderful fragrance. I was hesitant to buy the 100 ml bottle because it seemed too large, especially with summer approaching, as it’s more of a winter scent. I found the 10 ml size on the official website very appealing. However, the fragrance I received, while still good, doesn’t last long at all, unlike the sample I remembered as being super persistent or when I tested it in-store, which lasted a long time on my skin.

I was hesitant to buy the 100 ml bottle because it seemed too large, especially with summer approaching, as it’s more of a winter scent. I found the 10 ml size on the official website very appealing. However, the fragrance I received, while still good, doesn’t last long at all, unlike the sample I remembered as being super persistent or when I tested it in-store, which lasted a long time on my skin.
