   I bought the gift kit for a friend. She really appreciated it! The sticks for the diffuser were missing when the package arrived, but customer service quickly resolved the issue by sending them separately. Always excellent products, fantastic fragrances, and outstanding service!

   Purchased as a gift, so I can’t judge the content, but it seems to have been appreciated. The presentation and gift packaging are excellent, delivery was ahead of schedule, and the customer care that contacted me was polite and very kind.

   I chose the Liquirizia fragrance. The scent is fantastic — it had already caught my attention some time ago at La Rinascente in Milan, but I hadn’t been able to find it again. I bought the diffuser and spray set on 10/11/2020 and received it on 12/11/2020. TOP! In my opinion, the price is very reasonable for the quality. I placed it in my walk-in closet and it’s amazing. Up to this point, 5 well-deserved stars — so much so that after just 2 days, I ordered the same set in the Uva Fragola fragrance, which is also exceptional.
   However, today, just 10 days later, I have to say that the liquid level in the diffuser has already dropped below the red label — almost less than half of the bottle — and I only flipped the sticks once. Unbelievable! After just 10 days, this is not acceptable. Meanwhile, the Uva Fragola diffuser is also decreasing rapidly after only 4 days! In terms of product longevity, I can’t give more than 1 star.
   So my overall rating is 3 stars, the average between the two. I’m not sure I would repurchase, since I’ll probably need a refill in only 3 weeks. A real shame, because the fragrances are excellent!

     Regarding the consumption, when evaluating the experience with the diffusers, please consider a couple of things. The sticks are completely dry at first, so during the first few days, the liquid decreases more quickly because, before it can evaporate, the fragrance needs to be absorbed by the wood of the sticks. Also, the top half of the bottle is narrow and long, so it “seems” like more liquid is being consumed, but in reality, it’s not entirely the case. In your specific case, the wardrobe itself could be the cause of a higher-than-average consumption, due to the constant opening/closing of the doors, which creates an air current that dries the sticks, effectively using more fragrance than usual. In this case, we recommend trying to change the position or opting for the spray included in the gift set. Anyway, we’re glad to hear that you’re so enthusiastic about the fragrances you chose.    I discovered you through a friend and immediately fell in love with the Vaniglia fragrance. A bit of the fragrance had been sprayed on a bag she gave me… and the scent filled the house. So good! I placed my order the same day.
