I came across this Officina and the Osmarine fragrance while searching for a scent that could capture the smells and breeze of Southern France and the Mediterranean. I must say, this perfume feels like wearing a poem and a seascape—unlike conventional commercial perfumes, it’s unique in its delicacy. Shipping and packaging were precise and very carefully done. I will definitely recommend it. My mother was also very pleased with the complimentary samples—much appreciated.

I discovered Officina delle Essenze by chance, smelling Musc Pure in a store, and then out of curiosity, I visited the website. I got the mini size of Osmarine to test the fragrance properly. I have to say that it surprised me for how truly it is a beautiful mix of salt air, flowers, and sand. You really feel like you are at the beach with this fragrance. Nothing to envy from some famous brands that smell like synthetic sea. Highly recommended!

The fragrance is aquatic and marine. The first spray gives a unique freshness, but unfortunately, on me, the top notes evaporate quickly. Thankfully, the heart and base notes last much longer, so I can give a positive review for this fragrance. Really very unique, like all the other scents!

I’m sorry, strangely, it didn’t appeal to me much. I thought it would be more marine… instead, it starts with a sharp, pungent, synthetic note; then it develops into a particular scent of raspberry and flowers, but it’s very, actually too, light. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s not unpleasant, I find it original; I just wish it were more intense and without the initial phase.

This is the 4th perfume I purchase from Officina delle Essenze & it is another divine addition to my collection. Osmarine takes you back to the Mediterranean sea, it’s fresh and floral yet warm and easy to wear. I’ve always loved perfumes that remind me of the sea, but this one is different. A blend of flowers and sea air that takes me back to my summers on the Greek islands, each year in a different one. Depending on the direction of the wind, you can smell the sea and then the freshness of the forest with the sweetness of its flowers. Another exclusive fragrance from this very special brand, their scents are unique and original. Thank you!

My rating doesn’t reach the top only because I’m more of a gourmand fragrance lover — especially anything with vanilla, in all its variations. With this perfume, I wanted to step outside my usual preferences, and I must say I wasn’t disappointed! On the contrary, I found it fresh and pleasant. The scent of the sea and salt is beautifully softened by the fruity notes of osmanthus blossom.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the longevity. The 3 stars are the right rating, with 5 stars for the scent, which is amazing, and 1 star for the short duration on my skin. I tried it on different parts of my body and even on fabrics, but even after 8/9 sprays, by midday, there was no scent left.

Smells like Nordic sea, home to me. This gorgeous fresh maritime sea like scent with a soft musky base is a light fragrance perfect for hot or just casual days. This is not a sillage monster and I have to re-apply after 3/4h (just how it always is with softer and lighter scents) but this is a very affordable Italian niche perfume house and I bought it after Sueskind helped me out so well again. Reminds me very much of the sea and I have a soft maritime, sea-like musky (I’d say a white soft musk) scent all the time. Love this minimalistic but high quality packaging. Glass bottle is pretty 🙂 The box is quiet big, but I store my perfumes in the original boxes anyway so I prefer sturdy high quality boxes.
