Morning Forest, known as Fresco Bosco, room spray has a more concentrated and intense composition therefore it’s the ideal product in order to scent wide spaces with an instant effect. The room spray gives the maximum freedom in vaporizing the product. A high-quality fragrance, persistent even in large spaces unlike others. The only downside concerns the packaging. The box, wrapped internally in ample bubble wrap, had liquid leaked from the sprayer. Since the container was intact and the connection to the dispenser was well-secured, I would suggest adding a stopper to the dispenser or using a rigid outer wrapper.

We tried to contact you via WhatsApp, but unfortunately without success. Therefore, we assume that the amount of fragrance lost is negligible. If such issues occur, the best thing to do is to contact us, preferably sending a photo or video as evidence. Not because reviews aren’t the right place for honest feedback, but because we have to assume that the presence of a problem is not the norm. Contacting us first is helpful because we can assess if there is an issue and, if so, we can address it. That said, we don’t usually record any leaks from the spray bottle necks, but since these are mass-produced items, it’s naturally possible to come across a defective sprayer. In such cases, we usually investigate how much fragrance has been lost and then act accordingly. In any case, we’re happy to know that you liked Fresco Bosco so much!

Unfortunately, I have to say that I was disappointed as I was looking for a fragrance like the one described in the product details, but the scent actually does not match at all. It has a sweetish aroma, not at all woody or musky, and in my opinion, it has nothing in common with the scent of a mountain forest.
