   This home fragrance was given to me by friends last Christmas. I found it excellent — it’s the scent I had always been looking for! When it ran out, I immediately looked for the refill, which I found on this website. The product arrives quickly, without long waits. I highly recommend it!

   I discovered the company through an online search. I ordered only one 500 ml refill. The packaging was huge, well-packed, and included free samples. The quality is there and visible, it’s just a pity there’s no store near my home to smell the other fragrances.

    I discovered Officina delle Essenze through a Google search. I was a customer of a different company, but their store is obviously closed at the moment. The image and brand immediately caught my attention. I chose this fragrance to compare it with the one I had been using. I have to say the scent is really nice, delicate, and quite persistent, with both character notes being quite present. However, I have the feeling it is very “volatile.” I filled three identical 100 ml containers, and within a week, they were almost “half-empty.” In one, I even had to top it up because it was nearly finished. Is this normal?

      In this case, the excessive consumption is only apparent. You are actually using large sticks in very small diffusers. This means that the sticks do not “absorb” a proportionate amount of fragrance to the size of the diffuser, but much more. Therefore, it seems like a lot of liquid is being consumed because the bottle is smaller than it should be. For future purchases, we recommend choosing sticks suited for up to 250 ml diffusers. In any case, we’re happy to hear that you liked the fragrance 😊

    Let me start by saying that the product quality is there, as is the helpfulness of the customer service. The “problem,” if we can call it that, is that you’re buying a fragrance without testing it first. Personally, I bought a refill that, in my opinion — and not just mine — didn’t smell like the one I already had. I was given the option to return it, but if they had arbitrarily decided that the fragrance was fine, I would have had to cover all shipping costs. No thanks.
